USA Customers (All
50 States plus all US Territories): We ship via UPS Ground, US Mail
Parcel Post and US Mail Priority (Fully Insured*).
International
Customers: We ship Worldwide via US Mail Priority International.
The cost of shipping is
calculated based on the package weight and your individual location/zip code.
Package weight is determined for
you by the items in your shopping cart/order.
Discounted combined shipping for multiple items is
pre-figured into the calculator for your convenience.
Once you enter your zip code into the shopping cart,
each available shipping method/rate is quoted for you
to select your shipping
preference before you check-out.
*All rates quoted include
shipping insurance to protect your entire order against loss or damage by the
shipping service
while the package is in route.
Once we ship, you
will receive an e-mail notice that will include a tracking number for your order.

Custom Frame Orders
When you send us an e-mail requesting price(s) for
custom frame(s), please include your zip code.
We will include the available shipping methods and rates with
your frame quote.
Some oversize frames do not qualify for the FREE
Shipping Offer. Please send us the dimensions of the oversize frame you
need and
we'll check to see if you qualify for the FREE
Shipping.
Insurance Claims for Loss or
Damage During Shipping
Our items are
protected during shipping by insurance coverage by UPS or the US Postal Service.
In the event of shipping loss or damage, we work
quickly with the shipping carrier to process the claim for your loss or damage.
Hold on to all items and shipping materials.
Just e-mail us (or call) and we will contact you if
anything additional is needed from you during the claim process.
