a specific deadline) we will work with you to meet your timeframe

• We ship via US Mail Priority* (Domestic and International, depending
upon destination)
• The cost of shipping is calculated based on the package weight and
your individual
location/zip code.
• Package weight is determined for you by the items in your shopping
cart/order.
• Discounted combined shipping for multiple items is pre-figured in the calculator for your
convenience.
• Once you enter your zip code, the shipping method/rate is quoted in shopping cart before
you checkout.
Custom Frame Quotes:
• When you send us an e-mail requesting price(s) for custom frame(s),
please include your zip code.
• We will include the available shipping methods and rates with your
frame quote.
• Customers within the 48 contiguous states will receive our FREE

• All oversize frames may not be included in

Insurance Claims for
Loss/Damage During Shipping:
***All rates quoted include shipping insurance to protect
your entire order against loss or damage by the
shipping service while the
package is in route.
• Our items are protected during shipping by insurance coverage by UPS
or the US Postal Service.
• In the event of shipping loss or damage, we work quickly with the
shipping carrier to process the
claim for your loss or damage.
• Hold on to all items and shipping materials/packaging.
• Just e-mail us (or call) and we will contact you if anything
additional is needed from you during
the claim process.
